Reviewed by Wade H. of Stony Plain of AB Canada on Jun-2007 Stayed at the Property - May-2007 As part of a hockey team we reserved two adjoining rooms one single room one double.Two days before arriving we confirmed this with the motel evereything was as scheduled.When we arrived we were given two rooms but down the hallway from each other.Not only was this not acceptable for having two 12 year old boys in a room that we cannot just open a door to check on, we were given the attitude, if you dont like it go some place else by a desk clerk that I am sure could use her personality as birth control ! The sandman should be sprinkling good service on its guests not bad. |
