Given 4 rooms before we found one that had been cleaned. Each time we went up 2-3 floors only to find a dirty room. Front desk personnel acted like it was a common occurance

In spite of a paid reservation, the rooms were not available when my family checked-in. To add to the bad experience, my niece was robbed in her room during the night.

If this hotel in Seatac represents what the trade mark is (Red Roof Inn), I would recommend readers to avoid any of its hotels. Even when I requested a non-smoking room, I walked away from my room 100 with a terrible odor in my clothes. Many times, during the night, I waked up almost to vomit. Just by arriving late --almost midnight--, I did not asked for a room change.

Pros: very few if any
Cons: bathtube, maintenance, etc

After calling & waiting for the shuttle, call back elicited that it was stuck in traffic far away and had been. I then had to take a cab(after waiting in a line of 50). They did reimburse. Non Smoking room smelled badly of smoke~they claimed 'deep cleaning' but no rooms that weren't. Then in AM twice promised shuttle was NOT available and their preferred cab Co. was too busy and they wouldn't pay. Just barely to the airport in time, when ready 1.5hrs early and 2 miles away.

Pros: close to airport
Cons: transportation/non smoking room

I had a friend fly in to Sea tac late in the evening, since the mountain pass closed because of heavy snow, we checked into a hotel before returning to Eastern Washington. The hotel appeared outdated and worn down. The elevator was slow and slugglish and the condition of the room reflected the decor of the front desk lounge. The room was clean though there were a few stains on the carpet. Bathroom was also ok. The beds had no pillow cases on the beds and a few strands of hair could be seen! Breakfast was donuts, coffee, juice, and bagels. Food was also somewhat stale and not fresh.Could use improving - updating, cleanliness

Cons: updating, cleanliness

I get there late after a full day of sight seeing and in need of a shower only to realize that they were out of soap. All night I could hear doors slamming shut from the other guests and then the next morning the chamber maid walked in and saw me naked. Then the resteraunt offered a small box of cereal and that was it.
