When we complained, one night desk clerk had attitude that this weary traveler didn't appreciate. The next morning, upon request, the desk staff moved us to a great room. All other staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. 5 Bus to downtown for meetings was easy to use - West end shops and restaurants were terrific. Stanley Park within walking distance. We did not use our rented car other than to and from the airport. Raincity Grill on the rail outside was spectacular. This is one of the best hotels for service ? concierge was tops. Exercise facility, handball and squash courts. Bring your gear or rent. We recommend this location.

Didn't rent a car and traveling by bus was very convenient too since it's located just around the corner. Room was clean, storing luggage after check out provided, and front desk employees was very helpful. Overall GREAT place to stay and would definately be back.

The staff were more than helpful, and the hotel was conveniently located to shops and restaurants. We could not have asked for a better experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and would return in the future.
