The first night I checked in at 3am and they couldn't find the travelocity reservation --turns out they had upgraded their system and simply lost it. Took a long time to straighten out! The second night I came back to no maid service--nobody knows why and nobody cares! Not even an apology!

Though near airport, rooms are quiet. This was our second pre-flight stay and we'll be back.Could use improving - nothing
