Room dirty, hair everywhere & more. R/S no answer raw & forgotten food told removed from bill but found on bill.Breakfast cold.Paid cash when arrived gave cc & $500 cash including deposit for incidentals room was inspected before leaving. Policy for cash not told when reserved or when I gave cash & cc felt like I was not wealthy enough to stay here, like someone paying cc. Felt labelled. To many problems to list.Never stay again usto love hotel great location lots of ammenities.

We were put in a smoking room beside the laundry facility. It stunk and was super noisy. We complained and were moved after many hours of waiting. I filled in a comment card and never heard back...We will never stay here again

Bathrooms are a little old. very clean.Staff very helpful and freindly.Rooms are quiet. I would park in the front and large valuables can be left at the desk instead of in vehicle if you are shopping around town.I have stayed several times, haven't been disapointed yet.
