The housekeeping staff did a minimal job and we found dirty cleaning rags in the bathtub upon arrival. The heater in the room barely worked and it took over 24 hours (on high) to warm up the room. The lobby smelled like rotten fish and we were charged $6.90 to use their lobby computer to print off our boarding passes. The room's phone book was from 2001. Do yourself a huge favor and DON'T waste your money staying here. |

Day 1, I get into my room and see there is a broken chair and my remote on the TV does not work. Let them know the following morning, and nothing was done to fix it. Let them know again the following day, and still nothing was done. Pick ANY other hotel, this one doesn't care to keep their customers. |

I'm glad I did however as all concerns were unfounded. During my 3 day stay I found the room to be quiet and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and a couple of minor repairs were handled immediately. I would readily stay there again.
