We live 50 miles away in the mountains. Motel is clean and most of the staff is helpful and polite. Housekeeping staff does at times speak rudely of guests in .... in front of guests. Many guests in California speak and understand the language so training in this area is needed. Request for extra pillow honoured quickly. Breakfast basic not fancy, but it is in tune with a continental breakfast!

The lobby people were fine. Out of Special K, and no fruit. Generally a good experience. Convenient to resturants and shopping. Exceeded my expectations.
