Hotel gave us a free buffet breakfast which was wonderful because they were undergoing renovation and guests might not be pleased by the noise. didn't really notice noise. Had a great time!!!

This is the most expensive Harrah's property to stay in while visiting AC and it wasn't that great. The bedding and towels in the rooms were superior, but the room was small and dark, the bathroom the same and the elevator to our tower looked like a little service elevator. Not hugely impressed. (beds great, though) Location of the casino/hotel is what makes this worthwhile. It is centralized on the boardwalk and is connected indoors to Bally's and then to Claridge.

Checked again at 10:30pm and we were told the room was not ready and they had no idea when it would be ready. I said maybe we should check another hotel. The check-in person said "Go ahead". So, we ended up taking a room which was not the same as we requested. Not a great first impression.
