The hotel is badly in need of complete renovations. The one bedroom suite was small & musty with undesirable insects seen. The place was old, worn, musty, carpet needed replacing. Needless to say, their stay was not pleasant. The waterfront view was beautiful.

I had passes to Busch garden stolen out of my room. The management was rude and uncooperative. People from our group actually left and found a different place to stay.

Stains on sofa sleeper, which we had to use because bunk beds were dangerous and only good for up to 50 lbs. Current safety standards state a child should be at least 6 years old to sleep on a top bunk, and many children 6 and older weight more than 50 lbs!
