The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and the beds are firm and ready to be slept in! The large swimming pool and hot tub was a great bonus but the temperature of the water should have been warmer by a few degrees. Overall, a nice hotel and will definitely stay again a 3rd time.

Hotel had a breakfast buffet, but it wasn't advertised anywhere. Nice pool, whirlpool was not working the night we were there.

Great for families - big pool, kids eat for free, you can walk to restaurants, although they had a van that would drive you anywhere in downtown. We did have to pay to park in the hotel garage, but all the hotels in downtown that we checked out charged for parking, and this garage was attached right to the hotel.
Pros:	Family friendly
Cons:	Only 1 computer in business center
Recommended For:	Families Large Groups

They have a shuttle that will take you to restaurants or shopping, and its free. Front desk was really helpful. We will stay here again next time we come to Cleveland.

Asked for another room, was denied. Had to get dressed & sit there while the"engineer"analayzed & repaired the problem. Then we had to sit & wait for h'keeping to clean it up.Not even an apology for inconvience. Talked to other visitors & they complained about running toilets.
Pros:	Dinner and breakfast was good
Cons:	Housekeeping and plumbing upgrades
