Reviewed by William N. of Key West of FL USA on Jul-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jul-2007 The actual bathroom area that contained the toilet and the shower were too small. We stayed in a "suite" and the beds definately needed new mattresses. There were 2 broken, dirty chairs on our patio. Complimentary breakfast was usual continental breakfast fare, not much to speak of. Free parking was great when (or if) you could find a space in their lot. Many people not staying at the hotel took over the guest reserved parking spaces, and since there is no one in the office to complain to from 10 PM to 7 AM this was very unpleasant.
Pros:	Private, Tropical decor
Cons:	Actual shower/toilet area is way too small

Literally steps away from the action on Duval St. Stayed here 2 nights and wished we had planned our whole vacation here, although we had a great time in the other Key areas as well. We will stay here again (probably for a lengthier stay) when we come back.
