Do not stay here if you hope to keep your pet in the room with you!

The decor is too stiff and not welcoming or comfortable. The same effect is present in the Carvings Buffet, where the food choices were limited, the Roast Beef was tough, and the dining area was not pleasingly arranged. In the morning, no bagels were out, I asked, and some were finally plunked into a bowl still cold and hard from the refrigerator. In trying to be different, Harrah's has sacrificed the charm of their previous Fresh Market Buffet..

The gym was good, lots of equipment in working condition. They do charge $5. per day to workout. There was no one in the business center to assist me, finally left after 3 minutes. Valet Service seemed to lack communication and organization. I would stay here again for the price and amenities.

I stayed in the east tower and the rooms were very nice. Looked to be recently upgraded. Centrally located. Good choice of restaurants and a very well known coffee shop in the hotel. Only downside of hotel, no hi-speed internet in rooms. You have to go to the coffee shop in hotel.

The decor is too stiff and not welcoming or comfortable. The same effect is present in the Carvings Buffet, where the food choices were limited, the Roast Beef was tough, and the dining area was not pleasingly arranged. In the morning, no bagels were out, I asked, and some were finally plunked into a bowl still cold and hard from the refrigerator. In trying to be different, Harrah's has sacrificed the charm of their previous Fresh Market Buffet..
