Ask for a room that has always been non-smoking. Our first room had a stale smoke smell and when asked to move to another room, they were more than accomodating. Free shuttle to downtown, fabulous breakfast, great amenities. I felt very well taken care of and it was so worth the money! It was more expensive when we stayed there because of Monday night football, but it was still a great value for the money.
