The Springhill Suites served our purposes very well. Centrally located in Seattle, big rooms, great bed, with a fabulous gym next door, we felt we lucked out!

Pros: convenience and workout facilities

We thought there was a funky smell in the room, which was weird for a non smoking hotel chain. I thought the lobby and the hallways were dark and dirty. The Breakfast was great.

I was pleasantly surprised! This was my first time staying here and I'd definitely stay again. Ask for a room that has always been non-smoking. Our first room had a stale smoke smell and when asked to move to another room, they were more than accomodating. Free shuttle to downtown, fabulous breakfast, great amenities. I felt very well taken care of and it was so worth the money! It was more expensive when we stayed there because of Monday night football, but it was still a great value for the money.

Cons: none

General service is a high point: enthusiastic staff and transport to and from major locations on the hour, free of charge. Convenient location: 8-12 blocks from the tourist traps, but only a few blocks more than $$$ hotels. Difficulty sleeping due to hard pillows. Not a luxury hotel, but a good bargain. Cleaning service could be made more prompt. Complimentary breakfast and 24-hr fitness access.

Cons: Bedding
