The pool and jacuzzi are very nice, too bad it was closed one day. Staff were nice. The small shop had little things but sufficient. Only travelling from/to area around Hollywood or Venice we had too many traffic, took us about 1,5 hour to get there. We didn't have to pay for our daughter at the restaurant next to the hotel. The room was decent and clean. Fitness room had good equipment.

There was only one room left and it was a smoking room. We took it because we had paid for the room AND had been traveling all day (plane and car) from Ohio.

Requested to be fas ar away from the kitchen as possible. We were given a room on the 6th floor and the smoke coming from the kitchen was awful. The Manager on duty was un-sympethetic and un-caring. Stayed away from the hotel as much as possible. Now, everthing smells like BBQ. Buffet is a Rip-off Kids do not eat for free as advertised. Terrible experience! Go elsewhere.

I searched around for the best reviews and this Holiday Inn had the best price and the best reviews. I would recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone. Everything was great. We rode the shuttle for $3 a day. Bought our Disneyland tickets at the front desk. The rooms were very nice and very quiet. They were very clean and spacious. We also had a refrigerator which was nice. Nice restaurants very close by in driving distance. Shuttle came every 20 - 30 minutes. We plan on staying again when we go back.

Try watching the fireworks from your room! Awesome! Make sure you visit the jacuzzi after a long day at Disney. It was the best! I was really amazed at the quality of this hotel for the price I paid. I will recomend it to all our friends and will definetly be back again next year!

Staff was great, nice & close to both the freeway and Disney, shuttle service to the parks for $3. The restaurant attached to the hotel had great food at decent prices. Only complaint is that the shower head was on a very hard setting and was too high for us to reach to change. Felt like being showered with sandpaper.

The room was in good shape, though the bed was firm and pillows painfully hard. The children didn't complain about the sofabed, but I would have if I had slept on it. Loved the pool and spa! And loved the shuttle service to Disneyland. On site restaurant was great, though closed between lunch and dinner. I would definitely return to this hotel.

It was so nice and clean. The rooms had all of the amenities I would expect from a 5 star hotels. The room was very nice and the bathroom was huge. The cleaning crew did an amazing job EVERY day. Evry little deatil in the room was taken care of everyday.

It was a change from a Wednesday to a Thursday. I was not abla to change withoutlosing the $100 spent on the first room. The receptionist first said that she was really busy and I would ned to call her back later to get help when I called the first time to try to change. not good customer service. would not go or suggest again.Could use improving - customer service

Requested to be fas ar away from the kitchen as possible. We were given a room on the 6th floor and the smoke coming from the kitchen was awful. The Manager on duty was un-sympethetic and un-caring. Stayed away from the hotel as much as possible. Now, everthing smells like BBQ. Buffet is a Rip-off Kids do not eat for free as advertised. Terrible experience! Go elsewhere.

I searched around for the best reviews and this Holiday Inn had the best price and the best reviews. I would recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone. Everything was great. We rode the shuttle for $3 a day. Bought our Disneyland tickets at the front desk. The rooms were very nice and very quiet. They were very clean and spacious. We also had a refrigerator which was nice. Nice restaurants very close by in driving distance. Shuttle came every 20 - 30 minutes. We plan on staying again when we go back.

Reviewed by robin B. of on Oct-2006 Stayed at the Property - Sep-2006 When I got there I was not sure I was in the right hotel because it was alot nicer than what I paid for. It was so nice and clean. The rooms had all of the amenities I would expect from a 5 star hotels. The room was very nice and the bathroom was huge. The cleaning crew did an amazing job EVERY day. Evry little deatil in the room was taken care of everyday.

It was a change from a Wednesday to a Thursday. I was not abla to change withoutlosing the $100 spent on the first room. The receptionist first said that she was really busy and I would ned to call her back later to get help when I called the first time to try to change. not good customer service. would not go or suggest again.Could use improving - customer service
