Reviewed by Moe A. of on Jul-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jul-2007 Very poor customer service. They change the room type and give you a pull-out sofa bed, calling it equal to a queen bed. If you disagree and ask for what you have paid for (Two queen beds for 3 adults), they will give you a hard time. There are better hotels very close to this one with excellent customer service.Could use improving - Customer Service |
