The rooms were bright, clean with every available feature - they even provided a printer in the room which I would have used had i been on a business trip. The spa was great and service all around from the valet to the gaurds was fantastic Only downside is that it's expensive, but I have to admit you get what you pay for.

(A bottled water in the lobby = $-) The spa isn't on site - you have to take a shuttle bus. Biggest disappointment ? pool/beach service. There are NO umbrellas anywhere; if you want shade, you have to pay for it. Pool cabanas are $-/day. Beach cabanas (2 chairs, awning, umbrella) are $-/day. Needed two for four people then realized there is no wait service on the beach! You must go back to pool bar and serve yourself. Totally absurd for $- additional!

Service at all levels was amazing.Well worth the money would repeat in a second.

The service was impeccable and very friendly from the desk to the bell service to the waitstaff at the pool. Everyone seemed committed to provided you with the best of service. Very well managed hotel. I've stayed at other four star hotels. This has been the best ever; bar none. Take someone you love to share this experience The rooms were so comfortable I felt guilty and the pool was breathtaking at night and heavenly by day. I just hope I can visit this place again Touchay !
