Although there was clearly not enough front desk help, the associate did his best to apologize for delays in waiting. The rooms are clean and very nice size. The breakfast is nice, although very crowded but this is typical of anything near Universal/Disney. Rooms were quiet and cleaning service did a nice job daily.

STAFF WAS VERY RUDE...CUSTOMER WAS AN INCONVIENCE. I WILL NOT BE STAYING AGAIN BECAUSE THE STAFF WAS SO RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. THE FIRST ROOM THE DOOR WOULDN'T LATCH CLOSED AND I WAS EXPECTED TO WAIT FOR MAINTENANCE TO FIX...HAD TO ASK FOR A NEW ROOM. STAFF HAD NO CLUE ABOUT LOCAL PLACES AND BRUSHED ME OFF AND TOLD ME TO LOOK AT BROCHURES INSTEAD! VERY SAD BECAUSE THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE.

Basically these are just regular old one-room, window unit A/C standard hotel rooms with a fold-out sofa crammed into the front part of the room. We were very disappointed! This might be ok for a couple on a budget, but if you have kids you will likely find yourself very cramped. Also be aware that this looks to be an older property. Recently remodeled perhaps, but it is obviously not very new. Beware! There are much better properties in the area!

The only problem was that we got there at 12pm and couldnt check in until 3pm. that is the normal checkin time for other hotels but usually you can get in earlier. This time I arrived around 11pm to find they did not have a room reservation. In hand I showed the clerk my printed confirmation stating I had reservations at this location. The clerk told me he did not have a reservation for me but I can check in across the way at one of their other locations. I did not want that location because I stayed before and did not enjoy my stay. He stated he could not help me any further, ignored me and started talking with some kids.
