The rooms were elegant and clean, service was consistently good and the room amenities impressive. Also, you can walk to many places from it's great location just off the mag mile.

The bed was great...I haven't slept that well at a hotel in a long time. The location was great...we walked everywhere during our stay in the city. We'll stay at the Conrad again on our next trip to Chicago.

Seems like a small detail, but it was important to us with a family of four.

Everyone we encountered was always friendly and helpful. The small details are what made this hotel so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!
