Before we left Australia we were told that people were not that friendly in LA but found the complete opposite. As soon as we arrived the front desk were just lovely and very helpful. The room was extra clean and the bed was the most comfortable we had in all our stay in America. Wanted to bring it home with us. If ever I get over there again will stay at the Crowne Plaza again. |

Other guests entered my room at night with keys. two-egg breakfast cold, toast was missing?called for toast was given 2 slices of plain bread straight out of the bag not toasted. Can hear people walking on the floor above and in the adjacent rooms. Hotel smelled. Horrible customer service. Worst hotel stay ever. Front desk did nothing to make ammends for all their mistakes and sending people into my room at night when I was in bed! |

The room still had the smoke from the people before and had not been vented out. They charged for parking, I am sorry but if I am staying at your hotel I expect to park for free at the prices I am paying, I do not expect to be nickel and dime to death. The staff was o.k., but not this is not service I was expecting in Beverly Hills. Down line somewhere else! |
