Our room did not have a closet door and the peephole cover (they're big!) was falling off. One of the two elevators was broken as well. Beds great tho and near the water and the Promenade.

From the nightly weather reports to the Wednesday get-together with staff to meals on the veranda, it's a hotel that provides the rare combination of luxury and welcoming atmosphere.

Cons:	Some staff didn't speak good enough English
