The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Now the BAD.... The front desk were unprofessional..Very disorganized.. and frankly, very snotty!!! We booked a King and gave us a twin..Then said they couldnt fix it, its what we ordered..Until they saw my printout and then the story changed...They need better customer service training...

The Beds you could field the SPRING come right into your back. Sorry needs New Beds for sure. I don't think the rug had been cleaned. Dirt on Bathroom floor.
