First half of trip was perfect although sick the whole time. Room was very spacious and has everything you need including kitchenette, although no utensils. Hotel within walking distance of Strip and monorail. Very clean and staff helpful. Negatives included maintenance cannot read Do Not Disturb signs and they changed the lock in the middle of my stay locking me out and making me miss my NCAA playoff game. I stayed for one night on business. The room was clean and spacious, free parking, the casino was fine, there were several decent restaurants within walking distance, and it was very easy to get to from the airport. I'd definately stay here again on a business trip. Internet was $9.99/24 hours.

When I made my reservation i requested 2 double beds in a n/s room and even printed the confirmation showing that. I get to the hotel at the time of checkin to find out the only thing they have left for me is 1 king size bed in a smoking room. Rooms are huge and include mini-kitchen. There is an ARCO mini market at the corner for whatever you need. However, the wireless in building C did not work and it was a big production getting that sorted out. The hotel takes no repsonsibiltiy for it and refers you to AT&T who in turn refers you to the hotel. Eventually moved to building B where it worked fine. No one had any idea in which buildings it worked or not until after full interrogation.

Attended a conference and wanted to walk to strip; felt unsafe between hotel and strip. These rooms are open motel-like, and I didn't feel safe; my room was several buildings away from the main building. They put on a great conference & buffet, but the problem of safety is more important to me.

When I made my reservation i requested 2 double beds in a n/s room and even printed the confirmation showing that. I get to the hotel at the time of checkin to find out the only thing they have left for me is 1 king size bed in a smoking room. When I complained I recived the rudest customer service I have ever had...I was told that when I paid for the room I was only guaranteed a room, not what type of room or what was in it.

Negatives included maintenance cannot read Do Not Disturb signs and they changed the lock in the middle of my stay locking me out and making me miss my NCAA playoff game.
