Reviewed by C. H. of Chicago of IL USA on Jul-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jul-2007 This hotel is not good for anyone. Do not stay here and maybe they will upgrade. this was the worst hotel ever. The rooms were old & dirty and the bed smell sour. The towels were dingy and old and stained. The staff was not polite. We moved 3 times and each room was worse. The room we thought was better had ants. There was a hole in the floor and walls. Large Rust stains in the bath tub, lights hardly worked, The maid never left wash cloths, carpet was nasty and smelly. The room was very small. The mirrors were not clean. It had splash marsk on it. This hotel needs to be shut down.

The Bad: The tempermental bathroom light, the tiny room size, the miniature pillows, and the bad tv with only a few stations. The Ugly: The clean towel allotment (unless you ask for extras), and no mini-fridge in rooms.

Reviewed by Matt B. of on Mar-2007 Stayed at the Property - May-2007 The best part of our stay at this Best Western was the location of the hotel. It was within a few blocks from the beach and some great restaruants nearby. The plumbing system in our bathroom stunk. Our toilet would easily clog (even when going 1) and we had to request several times for the maintenance crew to come in and unclog the pipe. The also charged us for a safe in the room at the end of our stay which they had not informed us about upon our arrival. Good place for staying a few days, otherwise would recommend elsewhere.

Reviewed by Jennifer S. of Indianapolis of IN United States on May-2007 Stayed at the Property - Feb-2007 I stayed here for superbowl this year.It was cheap and a great location for walking to beach or clubs on Ocean.Downside=small dirty old bathroom.The room however was very large with a couch, 2 beds, and 2 chairs large enough to sleep in.i did notice that a room down the hall had windows broken out and there were about 20 cats living underneath the building but for a place to sleep in near the beach and party at for college kids it is awesome. Im sure the atmosphere changes drastically depending on season though. ( everything was crazy and dirty in miami during superbowl)

It's two blocks from the beach, and Lincoln Road Mall. It's in the heart of most of South Beach's clubs, and Ocean Drive. The hotel itself, could stand some improvement. If your traveling with a group of friends, I recommend this hotel. If your traveling as a couple, I wouldn't advise staying here. Overall it's a great experience, they have a free continental breakfast every morning. It's decent, not just juice and coffee. I would go back.
