The people were very nice. However, the room had an odor in it which was very strong. Either musty or mold We were given a smoking room and we required a non smoking room. They were all booked so could not change our room. my daughter and grandkids have allergies so this made it a little difficult. On check out day there was no place to store our luggage until the shuttle came. It was neat to be able to see the fireworks from the hotel.

Pros: The Pool
Cons: The room

The front desk people were ok. The bed sheets had wet spots, a lady came and changed them. The shower did not drain well, the toilet makes a horrible screeming sound when you flush, the walls are very thin and neibors kept us up late. Would have watched TV but with no remote and HBO never working right there was no point. If you need a place to just sleep it could be ok for the price. Thought about taking a dip in the pool, looked filthy to me.

1st of all there was no iron as stated in the description, there was 1 iron for the whole hotel. 2nd, they deactivated my room key so I could to the office to tell me the maid had to do too much work because she had to vacuum a few potato chip crumbs my 2-year old wasted on the floor (shouldn't she vacumm anyway?). 3rd, the remote was ragedy, the batteries kept falling out. 4th, I asked for more towels, and they said they didn't have anymore. And lastly, the T.V. didn't show clearly, I think they had bootlegged cable.

Pros: able to see fireworks

I have requested a non-smoking 2-bed room, but got a smoking room, I asked to change room, he was cold and told me that was what I booked and it was busy, there was not any other room available, at that time my car was the only car arrived. when I question that, he was upset then offered to change me into a one-bed room which he knew I wouldnot take it.

Pros: close to Disneyland, clean, microwave, frig
Cons: service, towel

You can probably find cheaper given more time, but I was in a hurry and found this hotel. Not terrible for under $100-- clean, quiet. I booked it looking for a hotel with Disneyland within walking distance-- but Disneyland sends a shuttle to almost any hotel in the area for $3/person. So if you can find something as decent for cheaper, do it! And don't believe the "continental breakfast" -- it was O.J.

Staff was very helpful, room and bedding was clean, no noise from the neighbors, and best of all was the ring-side seat (pool area) for the Disneyland fireworks at night. I would pick this place again.
