I complained about food and dirt on the wall by the bed and they came and painted over the wall We had friends staying there and we were going to Universal the next day. A fight erupted at 4am down the hall. I believe this is a weekly rental hotel. My friends ended up losing their money and moving to a new hotel. We would not let our son swim in the pool because it was dirty.

My parents were given a room that had been rented monthly to someone who did'nt pay the bill and was evicted. The locks supposedly had been changed, but the room was filthy, and many personal items remained left behind. We were able to get them another room, but with some arguement. I wouldn't stay here again unless it was an emergency and I only had $50 in my pocket. Warning to all....avoid this place.

What started off as a good trip turned into a nightmare after staying at this hotel! The rooms are dirty, no safety locks on doors, bugs in the room and the bathroom was just horrible! And thats only the beginning! Do not stay at this place...spend your money somewhere else.
