Friendly and efficient help...even waived all nights but one for pet charge ($10/night). Shuttle to plaza departed and picked up on time. Employees very helpful with advice on getting around downtown Plaza. Would definitely stay here again.

It is on a part of the strip that is a little seedy (strip club within walking distance). The bed wasn't comfortable, and the wireless inet signal is so weak I could not get a connection at all.
