The help and service was pretty good for the most part. The last day of 3 when we asked for late checkout (expecting to pay for it) the man at the desk was VERY rude!! Otherwise, others were very very nice.

When asked what would be done about this I was evaded and received a call 2 days later. I tried to file a report but was not contacted and hotel tried to blame the valet service without taking ownership. BEWARE!Could use improving - Staff

If you were of a larger sizr you could not get to the otherside of the bed without crawling over it. Only one chair by a desk. Front desk staff were not friendly or helpful.
