Reviewed by BEV S. of FORT BRAGG, CA US on Nov-2007 Stayed at the Property - Nov-2007 My stay in this hotel was not acceptable. The TV had no remote control, the power button had been punched out s it was entirely unusable. The maid apprarently took a break and forgot to empty her ashtray. I had additional reservations that I cancelled.

She took the time and effort to correct a minor complication. She did so with a great sense of professionalism and patience. The hotel was just as it was presented. Would stay again. THANKS TONYA
