Reviewed by Mrs. A. C. of NO NOT POST EMAIL, AK USA on Oct-2007 Stayed at the Property - Aug-2007 My sister and I stayed here in August. We had a great time in very a very nice oceanfront suite. Water/waves were great! Pool/bar nice also.

It is still nice but can use some renovating (especially the carpets - had to keep socks on all the time) & the hallways. Outdoor pool was nice & being right on the beach is always nice. I was told that the partitions in all of the standard rooms are gone. Having a partition would have been nice especially since we had our child with us. All the maids seemed real nice (except the one on our floor - real grouchy). I liked having about 70 channels on the TV (some hotels only have about 20).

Reviewed by Darin L. of Baltimore of MD USA on Mar-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jan-2007 indoor pool, saunas, hot tubs all down for repair entire stay. Heat in room did not work. Moved me to another room after two complaints and a night under covers. No discount. Then ordered room serv final night at 8:40pm. DR closed at 10pm, told they do room serv until 9pm. They refused said they were slow and closed up. No apology or discount. They sent me to neighboring hotel in 20 degree weather to go swimming in another pool. Worst stay in 20 years of going.
