The price was premium, people up front were nice, but after 8 hrs in the air, we were in no mood to confront the front desk. So we suffered. The current condition of this place does not reflect the ads and promotions. Be forwarned. You WILL be gipped. |

The individuals working the front desk are, however, consistently cold and edgy, not welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered from the restaurant for takeout to our room. The food was well presented and good. Particularly, the baby back ribs. I didn't appreciate paying for parking. While the cost was nominal it should have been nothing. |

YES, pets are allowed - could I be in a room previously occupied by a dog? Rep. told me to stop yelling at her!
