To be fair, it's under renovation...But, the dust and filth were everywhere in what can only be called a "room". The price was premium, people up front were nice, but after 8 hrs in the air, we were in no mood to confront the front desk. So we suffered. The current condition of this place does not reflect the ads and promotions. Be forwarned. You WILL be gipped.

The front desk was the last good experience.. I didn't mind the renovations. but my door key worked every 20thtime, the tv kept turning itself on, all food or beverage was closed by 10 on sunday.

Within 10 minutes of laying down, I found 2 bedbugs on my arm! The hotel was sold out so the staff (unfriendly I might add) could not accomodate! Ick!

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the past several years. It is consistently clean. The individuals working the front desk are, however, consistently cold and edgy, not welcoming. They might want to remember that a little warmth can go a long way in making someone's stay more enjoyable.

The hotel was conveniently located and a value for the money. The room was small, but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered from the restaurant for takeout to our room. The food was well presented and good. Particularly, the baby back ribs. I didn't appreciate paying for parking. While the cost was nominal it should have been nothing.

Cons: Parking should be free for guests.

Long drive, settled in room, heard dog bark? Bad allergies, called front desk to clarify "pet" policy. YES, pets are allowed - could I be in a room previously occupied by a dog? Rep. told me to stop yelling at her! Asked to be move, all booked up no other rooms - no problem because they treat all the rooms. It was a Ruff Night - will never stay at that place again!

The hotel's customer service is below par - the room is outdated/old. The room is also small especally for two people. The desk is situated at the end of the bed - you must actually crawl over the bed to get arround when someone is sitting at the desk.
