Reviewed by Natalie K. of Philadelphia, of pa United States on Oct-2006 Stayed at the Property - Oct-2006 The staff was very polite and knowledgeable. The restaraunt and lounge area were very nice and comfortable. Convenient location in relation to the different sections of the city you'd want to visit. You can walk to most places from the hotel location, and if you're not up for a stroll, the Metro is right across the street. The hotel room wasn't the "romantic getaway with a view" that we were hoping for. When you look out your window, you're looking at the windows of other rooms. But in a city like Montreal, it's best not to spend too much time in the room anyway. |

Reviewed by Joe C. of Brigantine, of NJ US on Sep-2006 Stayed at the Property - Sep-2006 Hotel is at the gateway to Chinatown and a 5 minute walk to Old Montreal with a Metro station across the street. This is a great value and location for exploring Old Montreal. Very helpful staff. Only improvement would be to elevators. No signage in elevator lobbies to indicate which go to street levels, parking garages, spas, etc. That may sound odd but once you discover what I mean you will understand. |
