We were very pleased with our stay at the Kendall House. The location is right by the T, across from Legal Seafood with an adjacent parking lot. The interior design is very Cambridge - quilts, old new england furniture, rich colors - very homey. Breakfast is great.

Great attention from staff, breakfast was better than at most.High speed internet worked fine. Good amenities for the price.

This hotel had the absolute worst customer service...indifferent, completely unhelpful and, even worse, seemingly unwilling to help. The website was not updated to inform us that onsite parking was not available and that we'd have to park across the street in a parking garage. The front desk service was actually rude when we called to inquire about our reservations. I had e-mailed the Marketing Director with our complaints and she still hasn't responded.

Pros: Cleanliness and free wireless service.
Cons: Customer Service.
