Perfect place! not only is the location optimal-- but the quest service was amazing!! we will never try another hotel and we have been going there yearly for the last 7 years. THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!! Only gripe- we felt like we were missing out on lots of things happening at the resort (things the time share holders knew about but we didn't)- there was so much to discover. trolley service, great views, AMAZING service, beautiful rooms...perfect! you can enjoy all that the owners do...even the AMAZING indoor water park- the kids won't want to leave, neither will you!

Pros: indoor water park
Cons: shower head was low

No one tells you until after checking in that the room will only get cleaned twice a week, not every night like most places. Also there is absolutely no sound barrier between you and the neighbors, so you hear everything, including whirlpool tubs. The place was nice and the staff was friendly. There was a full size washer and dryer and they gave you a free sample of laundry detergent which was a nice touch.

Pros: The staff was nice and the room was also nice
Cons: The cleaning service and insulation

Staff was extremely rude, they actually overbooked the hotel and booked us in a "sister" hotel with out our knowledge until we went to check in. Alternate hotel was cheaper yet they tried to charge us the same.

Pros: none
Cons: the staff

Don't be fooled, this place is not worth your money! The rooms hardly had any space at all to walk in, they only offer a cleaning service during your stay for $35. This was especially difficult b/c we stayed for a week, and only had enough towels for 2 days. Construction never stopped outside of our room during our stay, began at 7:50 every morning and staff offered no help, even as the gas fumes filled up our room.

Pros: The setting
Cons: To many to list

We stayed for a week, the walls are paper thin, we were in a Studio which was very small for 2 people, I couldn't see 4 people in there. You got golf carts everywhere, running up and down the mountain. Sales people doing tours, everywhere. There are no elevators in the cabin area's. This resort is not good for people with disabilities. A lot of walking. You can get someone on a golf cart to give you a ride if they aren't busy. We really liked the security shack as you enter into the resort. Would we stay here again? probably not !!!!

Pros: Security in and out of Resort
Cons: a lot of Things
