Our suitcases arrived within 5 minutes of checking into the room. The person even when up a flight of stairs to fill our ice bucket.

The room was not ready, but they held our bags and called us at 11:45 to let us check in (way before 3). So nice and professional. Our bags were out of the cab b4 we even paid the driver. If in Chicago STAY HERE!

Reviewed by erin h. of on Feb-2007 Stayed at the Property - Feb-2007 Just stayed there 2/3/07. Was looking for a fun, contemporary hotel and it didn't deliver. The lobby was nice, and the rooms were mostly clean, but it really wasn't special. Service time was slow for room requests, found empty waterbottles under the chair, and the alarm was set for 7:30 am, which we of course didn't find out until it was 7 am.
