The ceiling was wet from an upstairs leak, there was an open window to an airvent in the bathroom, it smelled terrible a was just plain dirty. I stayed one night and they refused my refund for the rest of the week. What a rip-off. My wife was in town for only 3 days of my week stay and I had to spend over half of my saturday arguing with staff and waitin for a call from the manager. In the end they blew me off and I'm stuck paying for the whole week. DO NOT STAY HERE.

It is very conveniently located to downtown and Little Italy. Excellent big rooms with amenities and very helpful staff.

The rugs were dirty, and had newspapers under the bed. They claimed 'continental breakfast' but it was tiny sweet rolls, served at 9 AM. Wireless Internet barely functioned. Confirm your price when checking in, have them write down the price and double check the charges when checking out.

They say PETS ALLOWED but there is no grass. We were told to take our dog to a park down the street! Got the KEY- The room looked onto the hotel's garbage cans in the back park-lot. NO SCREENS on the open windows! Did not feel safe- left.
