The Residence inn was the worst by far. The hotel is trashed. The hall ways are all scuffed up needs to be painted. The capet is unraveling. The couch in the room was comming apart. I know the hotel looks beutiful in their pictures and it could again. The air conditonar in are room was extremly loud. We were to stay 5 days we check out after 1 and went to a much better hotel.
Pros:	full kitchen in the room

Don't be fooled...it is not walking distance (at least not for me). ART was generally on time, sometimes early. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK, better than nothing. Only thing I found was some stains on the couch. Wouldn't mind staying here again.

After a weary day of traveling, I was not happy to have to deal with this. They fixed it, but it involved moving rooms the next day and some of our belongings were lost in this move.

The only down fall is its a mile away from the park and you have to depend on the shuttle. The shuttle never runs on time so you have to wait. I will stay at this hotel again when my family returns.

My kids loved the pool, and basketball court. The breakfast was great for all ages, it satisfied all my kids.It was close to Disney Land. We only took advantage of the managers reception once but the soup and salad were just what we needed. We would stay there again.
