The room, pool, and food were very good, and the location was ideal. I would have given the experience a 5 "face" rating had the woman at the front desk been more friendly and understanding about my frustration that the room key was not working. Again, taking her out of the picture, it was great.

This website had described the King suite in the deal, but the hotel said that was an error. I actually preferred the studio with the tub and it's location. You're a meer few blocks from a multitude of fine dining venues and casual local cuisine. We even walked to the beach. The staff was very helpful and informative, especially X at the bar whom we met when we first arrived. I'll look forward to my next stay at the beautiful Bellasera. I even bought the chenile robes.

Although I knew I had booked a one bedroom "suite", we had no idea that we would be staying in a full size one-bedroom condo for $*/night. Great value. The concierge service was fantastic.
