The service is by far excellent. The staff are very friendly and curteous. However, parking is quite expensive and the is no doorman, so open your own door when entering and exiting the hotel loby. But other than that, the hotel is great!!!!!

The bathroom is immaculate, room service is good, the beds are comfy, and if you're lucky, you'll get a view of PetCo Park. I was especially impressed with the service. I left a cherished stuffed animal that I travel with at the hotel. Not only did they find it for me, they shipped it to me at their expense! That's amazing service!
