From the moment we checked in, we felt like part of the family. The valet guys are very helpful and the front desk is super friendly. The concierge seems to know everything about Atlanta. The hotel driver is very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Westin Buckhead for a great time in Atlanta! |

Rooms were very clean except the paint on the wall behind the TV. I assume that is from the old tube TV?s the hotel use to have. Our room had a huge LCD TV but we spent most of our time at the mall or at Dantana?s. It is not part of the hotel, but in the same building?great outdoor area for drinks! Lots of art work around the hotel. |

The television was an old convex screen model, sitting out on the dresser..not even a pseudo flat screen. Parking $17.00/night, internet access $10.00/night ..when paying extra to stay in a "higher end hotel" these ammenities should be included. I would not spend the money to stay here again. Could stay at an "inn" & get free parking, free internet access & be just as comfortable,..for 1/2 the price.On the plus side, the room was very clean & quiet..& did I mention the bed?? Heavenly! but not worth the extra $$. |

We called the hotel front desk twice and only were spoken once about the situation. This is unacceptable; we felt very UNSAFE in this hotel. No apologies, nothing.. This is horrible customer service. However, the valet staff and bellboy were very attentive. |
