I would rate this as one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at for service. 100% of the employees were genuinely friendly and courteous and helpful. They made my stay a great experience as did the friendly people of Philadelphia.

Reviewed by Chrissie C. of of NJ on Apr-2007 Stayed at the Property - Apr-2007 Bathroom was not completely clean; light bulb missing in a lamp; someone tried to get in the room at 8am one morning; a hotel alarm went off at 4am; buffet staff dropped a utensil on the floor then placed it back on the serving tray; most frustrating was the internet connection failed after the first night & was not even fixed by the time I departed while front desk was not even apologetic GOOD: location adjacent to Penn. Convention Center; bed/pillows EXTREMELY comfortable!!! Tip: parking is on 13th St (corner of Spring)

Reviewed by Linda B. of Clarks Summit of PA USA on Feb-2007 Stayed at the Property - Feb-2007 Reserved 2nites during Valentine's Day looking forward to relaxing time in Hot Tub especially due to fact we had extreme snow & ice storm--Well pool & spa CLOSED w/no idea when repairs will be done, due to weather restaurants were closed accross the street- but Staff was "outstanding", very cordial, told us of local restaurants nearby,breakfast great start in the morning.-Overall, nice place to spend a nite or two.

Comfortable clean quiet rooms, good hot buffet breakfast.Penn View across the street has big food portions and a bar. Convention center across the street. City Hall 4 blocks away. Only problem pool has been under renovation for 3 months

I think that is a nice way of taking care of a bad situation. this hotel has a very good complementary breakfast and HBO channels. fitness room is not air conditioned but everywhere else in the hotel is. overall good value for the price.we will definitely stay there if we go to Philadelphia again.
