The only problem we encountered was that the heated pool wasn't very heated the last few days. They said the heater broke but we weren't sure. The buffet breakfast was very good. The complimentary shuttle was also nice.

Reviewed by John D. of on Mar-2007 Stayed at the Property - Feb-2007 It was a pleasant stay away from the hustle of the strip and yet so close. I did not use the shuttle to the Mandalay Bay but I thought it was a great idea. Great clean comfortable rooms.

Overall, nice, clean, spacious and well-kept. Across the freeway from Mandalay Bay..not far from the strip (you will need to take resorts shuttle), but really in the ultimate location. DO NOT stay in North Las Vegas. For pets it's really nice. The cleaning fee was $100.00 when we were there so double check.

The breakfast was a full spread, not just cold items, and was included in the price of the room. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the strip, as well. The staff is friendly and eager to please. I would definitely stay here again.
