They didnt feel i water glasses, I had to go and get some one. When i told them i was a travel agent then they tryed to do right but the late shift was bad.

I guess they have a nice facility and don't feel being "nice" is necessary. Probably not ideal for kid's, but the pool almost makes up for that.

But it's not a good place to bring kids - they're very strict about them not even touching the carpet near the casino, and you've got to try to find your way around without going in it. Also, there's way, way too much cigar smoking going on. It made me want to puke

The Hardrock Store had great inventory, although the cranky young salesgirl got cocky when I decided at the register not to purchase an expired Fuji throw away camera.

There so many entertainment and food choices once you walk outside the casino that you would never have to leave the grounds. Parking is free!
