Very disappointing place. Discrepancies between listed features and actuality. No featherbed, no freshly baked muffins, breads, pastries. Customer service lacking and disinterested.

Pros: location

This was our first of a five night stay in the area. This location ranked in the bottom two of our accomodations stayed at. Breakfast was nice/pleasant, but accomdations warranted more attention to detail and cleanliness. Not acceptable for price being charged for the room.

The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The breakfast was very good and the staff made the best waffles I have ever had. The location is just 3 blocks to the town plaza and we felt very safe in all areas of downtown Santa Fe. For the price, this is a good value.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful...especially with checking in very late. The location is definitely close enough to walk to the Plaza. There is a lot of charm with the outdoor fireplace and patio areas. Great for traveling with kids. Breakfast was also very pleasant.

Exposed plumbing pipes, cement floors ( my glasses were knocked off the end table scratching them beyond use), so much for savings, to far from town square, waffels were excellent and place was clean, bring your own pillows!! I will spend $25 more and stay at the Eldorado for sure next time!!! I would advise you to do the same.
