Reviewed by Helen K. of Astoria of NY on Jun-2007 Stayed at the Property - May-2007 Although I loved the beauty of the surrounding, I was dissappointed by the lack of service. It seemed that once they got my business, they were just eager to move on to the next customer and not answer my questions about the area. How unfortunate.

Each time there was a mix-up with our hotel/rafting packages, which almost screwed-up our plans. The staff was nice, and eventually everything worked out. We reserved 4 suites for 8 guests. The suites were nice and clean, but small?probably not worth the extra $$. The complimentary breakfast was so-so. The dining room was small and poorly laid out. Still, this is basically a good, no-frills hotel. Except for the reservation mix-ups, I'd stay there again. It was a good location at a good price for our rafting getaway. Definitely worth a visit.
