Reviewed by Charles S. of Jackson of MI USA on Dec-2006 Stayed at the Property - Dec-2006 With family in Pittsburgh we visit often. This is our second stay here. The hotel is great. The desk staff is friendly and efficient. The rooms are big and comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting the city. However, this visit we experienced a few less favorable events. 1) The cranky housekeeping girl upon arrival to the fifth floor complaining loudly about her workload 2) The bathroom floor had not been thoroughly mopped for a few days - hair and dust everywhere 3) There was a noisy ?Party Room? next door. Otherwise it?s a good place to stay in city.

Reviewed by Erik C. of Vineland of NJ USA on Sep-2006 Stayed at the Property - Sep-2006 Besides the dinner room service menu, breakfast and everything else was great.Because of one the waitress' taking a personal interest in my trip I did not miss my plane which if it wasnt for her it would have been a disaster at checkout.The Car to the airport is cheaper then the cab by a few dollars and very nice. Front desk people were a hit and miss sometimes you would get a good one but most times they were somewhat off. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting that part of town.
