Impressed! A memorable experience. Booked on-line which can be risky but the whole experience far exceeded our expectations. Our room was beautifully decorated and very intimate. We felt pampered with the spa products in the bath, the robes and the high quality bedding and towels! The view from our balcony was nice at sunset but even better from the pool area. It was very romantic, Our dinner at Red's was the best meal we had in Sadona. I also want to acknowlege that the concierge service at the front was very helpful. I would stay there again and again.

Pros: room
Cons: nothing

This hotel clean and comfortable. The rooms had great bathrooms and beds. The flat screen tv was a plus too. However the staff was not very friendly, the location was on a busy street away from the main town, and the hotel is pricey for what it offers. It was nice for a night, but we won't go back. Sedona is beautiful though and there are more hotel retreats off the beaten path. Picazzo's restaurant nearby is great though.

I spend 3 nights at the Sedona Rouge. The room was adequate for the price. No real view from the room but there are great views from the pool and top floor. Breakfast room service was expensive and unappetizing - fruit was not ripe or washed. We never received the advertised pastries. They advertise a rooftop bar but instead you have to go and get your own drink from your room or from the attached restaurant and take it up yourself. The spa was glorious and customer service was tops.

The Sedona Rouge was an awesome experience. We arrived to find they upgraded us to a suite free of charge. Upon finding out we were celebrating, they sent wine and chocolate strawberries to our room. The spa was wonderful. Nice pool and hottub area. Good view. Nice restaurant. Wish it wasn't right on the main W. Sedona strip, but that did make it convenient (Starbucks in the Safeway right next door). Also, would be nice if they'd turn the observation deck heaters on during the day.
