We had a wonderful time here thanks to the excellent and courteous service of the staff. Hotel is in walking distance to Quincy Market and the "T". Will stay here again.

The hotel itself was nice with a nice room and lobby. The fitness center is almost nonexistent. The elevator was broke the whole time we were there and we were on the 6th floor. Bell boys were helpful but front desk staff was borderline rude at times. Easy walk to restaurants and Freedom Walk tour, etc.

Cons: front desk staff

Location is great and rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of pretty much everything. Staff, however, was not helpful. We asked for a room change as the one we had was right by the elevator and noisy. Were told none was available, but when I heard them offer a room to another person, I pitched a fit and they moved us. Would stay again, but make sure of the room's location.

This is the perfect place to stay when you want to sightsee and be close to many feature attractions in Boston. You can walk to many landmarks. Great for attending the TDNorth Garden around the corner. A great deal moneywise but don't plan on spending a lot of time in your room-very small although clean and new!!

Cons: small rooms
