The elevator was broke the whole time we were there and we were on the 6th floor. Bell boys were helpful but front desk staff was borderline rude at times. Easy walk to restaurants and Freedom Walk tour, etc.

The hotel is within walking distance of pretty much everything. Staff, however, was not helpful. We asked for a room change as the one we had was right by the elevator and noisy. Were told none was available, but when I heard them offer a room to another person, I pitched a fit and they moved us. Would stay again, but make sure of the room's location.

You can walk to many landmarks. Great for attending the TDNorth Garden around the corner. A great deal moneywise but don't plan on spending a lot of time in your room-very small although clean and new!!
