The next room was not much better but we were told this was one of the refurbished ones, so we decided to let it go as we were staying but one night. The service was non-existent . The staff were rude and had a "don't give a damn attitude".

Even asked for the same room. Love the BEACH Chair/Towel GUYS! Nice PIANO in the rst. They allowed me to play. I'm a professional, so this was BIG + ! The surrounding area of the "Galt MILE" has GREAT affordable shopping, friendly residents and a Wynn Dixie Supermarket nearby. VERY GOOD PUBLIC TRANS to get to LAS OLAS, or neighboring towns like Pompano, Coconut Creek and MIAMI! Would return AGAIN & AGAIN. Wish I could LIVE here guys, thanx!

But the staff was sooo nice, especially considering the fact that we called down with our questions (dinner reservations, cabs, etc) about a million times. Bar was clean and nice. Pool was amazing. We had a very horrible first couple of hours at Ocean Manor, but once we got some rest and decided to have fun..... we did!! Yes, the staff can be crazy, but it gives them character! And yes, maybe the rooms were horrendous but what would we have to laugh about later?! Our vacation was fabulous and I wouldn't change even one thing about it!

Service was awful, the room was a wreck (paint peeling off the bathroom ceiling, lamps knocked over, cigarettes in balcony ashtray, no phone, no hot water). We checked out this place was so bad. The one place we thought might be a refuge was their Tiki Bar, but half way thru the night, porno started playing on all of their 4 TV's! Only for a moment, but it happened...Do not stay here.

The food and drink are HIGHLY overpriced, the staff is rude, the beach is riddled with garbage (no barefeet-you will cut your feet) and the rooms are plain scary! false advertising on their website.

Everything was filthy, the deck door and the FRONT door did not lock. The hallways were abhorent and stunk of vomit and urine. Rooms were god-awful dirty and rundown. Mold, filth and stench galore. We were "upgraded" after seeing the rat trap they first put us in. The upgrade was pathetic. The rooms are abhorent-filthy, windows don't open, no door on bathroom, bugs, dirt. The hallways are worse than the rooms, full of urine and garbage. Rude staff. We left a day early because we couldn't sleep-felt like things crawled on you in bed.

They also just re-modeled the tiki bar out back by the pool, great place to have a drink, Great food also. My mother and aunt loved it... They are in the process of remodeling so that may be why some of the negative comments, give this place a try you'll have a great time!!

Airconditioner loud and old could not keep up even in late september weather, Paint smell in hallways. Checked in for 4 nights and key was only keyed for one night. No maid that day and required trip to front desk for towels and re-keying Pool and beach area are very nice. Staff pleasant.

There was an extension cord running across floor of the room, random bookshelves around the room with nothing on/in them, strange knick-knacks on the kitchen counter, and just overall ugliness! It looked like maybe they were using our room for storage, rather than for guest accomodations. When we politely brought the poor quality of the room to the attention of the front desk staff, they were EXTREMELY rude, and they refused to do anything because we booked the room through a third party. The staff needs a SERIOUS attitude adjustment.

They also just re-modeled the tiki bar out back by the pool, great place to have a drink, Great food also. My mother and aunt loved it... They are in the process of remodeling so that may be why some of the negative comments, give this place a try you'll have a great time!!

Airconditioner loud and old could not keep up even in late september weather, Paint smell in hallways. Checked in for 4 nights and key was only keyed for one night. There was an extension cord running across floor of the room, random bookshelves around the room with nothing on/in them, strange knick-knacks on the kitchen counter, and just overall ugliness! It looked like maybe they were using our room for storage, rather than for guest accomodations. When we politely brought the poor quality of the room to the attention of the front desk staff, they were EXTREMELY rude, and they refused to do anything because we booked the room through a third party. The staff needs a SERIOUS attitude adjustment.

We had a very horrible first couple of hours at Ocean Manor, but once we got some rest and decided to have fun..... we did!! Yes, the staff can be crazy, but it gives them character! And yes, maybe the rooms were horrendous but what would we have to laugh about later?! Our vacation was fabulous and I wouldn't change even one thing about it!

We were "upgraded" after seeing the rat trap they first put us in. The upgrade was pathetic. The rooms are abhorent-filthy, windows don't open, no door on bathroom, bugs, dirt. The hallways are worse than the rooms, full of urine and garbage. Rude staff. We left a day early because we couldn't sleep-felt like things crawled on you in bed.

They also just re-modeled the tiki bar out back by the pool, great place to have a drink, Great food also. My mother and aunt loved it... They are in the process of remodeling so that may be why some of the negative comments, give this place a try you'll have a great time!!

There was an extension cord running across floor of the room, random bookshelves around the room with nothing on/in them, strange knick-knacks on the kitchen counter, and just overall ugliness! It looked like maybe they were using our room for storage, rather than for guest accomodations. When we politely brought the poor quality of the room to the attention of the front desk staff, they were EXTREMELY rude, and they refused to do anything because we booked the room through a third party. The staff needs a SERIOUS attitude adjustment.

WATER COLD IN POOL. I PUT DO NOT DISTURB, AND THE MAID STILL CAME IN TWICE. I EVEN COMPLAINED TO FRONT DESK AND THEY STILL CAME IN AGAIN.

They also just re-modeled the tiki bar out back by the pool, great place to have a drink, Great food also. My mother and aunt loved it... They are in the process of remodeling so that may be why some of the negative comments, give this place a try you'll have a great time!!
