Restaurant closes at 3 bar doesn?t open till 4 ? where?s McDonalds? Concierge did not know anything about the hotel. Referred us to the font desk and would not help w/ dinner reservations. If it were not for X the bartender we would have left the first night. Promised a discount or another stay and mgmt never followed through.

Room was not cleaned 3 of 4 days. Fridge never stocked, lamp broke by staff didn't even pick the broken pieces or replace the lamp. Promised a stay for free by management, but coupon never sent.

Clean, great rooms, and nice view. I loved the smell of the room it had a nice oakwood smell:) anyway try it! oh and the bathrooms are super nice! enjoy napa get drunk... take as many pictures as possible...lol

Everyone on staff was friendly and attentive. Restaurant serves a nice breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. We're looking forward to returning when the cave/spa is opened.
