Reviewed by E B. of on Jan-2008 Stayed at the Property - Jan-2008 We actually had our tent on this trip and considered paying for the room, but pitching it in the parking lot of the San Luis Inn. The vinyl covered mattresses kept my body from the previous guests secretions, while the blade-less ceiling fan shed light on the room. The toilet was two inches from the wall, so angling myself on the throne to do my business was a feat in and of itself. Stains were everywhere, from the upholstered seat on the desk they recently picked up from the the neighbor's curb, to the bed spread lining to the pillows that appear to have absorbed years of drool. |

| Pros: | Exit to highway |
| Cons: | Scrape and rebuild entire place |

Reviewed by Bill S. of CA United States on Jan-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jan-2007 I use this hotel for convenience to Cal Poly at a reasonable price, otherwise its in a horid state of disrepair. Plugged drains, Painfully hard beds. Hot water was good, as was the cable tv, but the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. I could make many of the repairs in very short order. |

| Cons: | basic maintenance, drians, beds, towel holders |
